“Jesus Loves You”: Pastor Forgives, Prays For Erroneous Pizza Delivery Driver In Viral Slice Of Kindness

A routine event triggered a viral moment and national outpouring of support for a mistaken Papa John’s pizza delivery driver after she arrived at her next stop with the wrong order. Instead of being dressed down, one woman’s life has changed forever with a message of love from Jesus Christ and a GoFundMe fundraiser already amassing $60,000.

For context, 67-year-old Suzanna was on her route in Castle Rock, Colorado when a Ring doorbell camera caught her walking up to the door. Visibly distressed, she immediately began apologizing profusely to the homeowner. And in one life-changing moment, rather than receive a sign of disgust or even off-handed indifference, Pastor Neil Seiwert made sure the woman knew what was valued most.

“I’m sorry. I’m getting old. I saw 67 is not 67 or 57… I screwed up. I’m sorry. I’m on my way back to get it right now. I will bring it back. I think we can make it work,” the distraught and apologetic delivery driver said upon seeing the homeowner from the vantage point of Seiwer’s ring camera.

“Don’t for one second feel bad,” Seiwert responded. Well, I’m we love you, and Jesus loves you, and we hope you have a great night. Don’t feel bad for one second. We’re having a great night. You’re very much loved. You know that? Do you know Jesus? Are you living for Jesus?”

And then, after engaging in banter to rest her nerves, the Colorado pastor next did something incredible. He invited his daughters outside to pray for the woman. “Hey, girls, come here. We’re gonna pray for this really nicely. What’s your name? I’m Neil. Hey girls, do you love this lady right here? Let’s pray for here. Can I put my hand on your shoulder? You want to come over?

“Jesus. We thank you for Susanna and Lord. I thank you that we cross paths tonight. In fact, Lord, she’s more important than any of these orders tonight, because you matter to her. She matters to us. Lord, I just pray you would bless her. I pray that you would open the windows of heaven over her and bring any healing she needs to her body in the name of Jesus, any financial need to her lord and god, that she would encounter you and live for you and follow you at everything she has Jesus name,” he prayed.

Watch that touching, viral moment below between Pastor Seiwert and Suzanna:

The now-viral clip generated an outpouring of support for Suzanna. A GoFundMe set up in her name tried to raise $10,000 to help her pay for not just herself but her 82-year-old mother, for whom she is the primary caregiver.

“A few days ago, our Ring doorbell captured an interaction with a delivery driver named Suzanna. The order was wrong, but instead of frustration, it turned into something unexpected — a genuine exchange of care and encouragement. That short clip has now been seen by millions of people, stirring hearts around the world. And so many are asking the same question: ‘How can we help her?’” the GoFundMe writes.

“Suzanna is one of those people who has spent her life putting others first. She is currently the full-time caregiver for her 82-year-old mom, managing the daily responsibilities, medical needs, and expenses that come with it. For years, she has given her time, love, and energy to take care of others, often at the expense of her own needs.”

“Now it’s time for us to take care of her. Our goal is to raise $10,000 to help Suzanna breathe a little easier, relieve financial pressure, meet practical needs, and show her the same kindness she has given to so many…Let’s remind the world what compassion looks like and show Suzanna she’s not alone,” it finishes.
