Woke Pope Leo XIV Suggests Jesus Made Welcoming Unlimited Illegals A Condition For Entering Heaven

The first American Pope continued in the tradition of his predecessor by taking a woke and hypocritical stance on demanding American take in unlimited illegal aliens in a speech that has gone viral for the immense backlash against the Chicago-turned-Vatican resident.

Pope Leo XIV, born Robert Francis Prevost, was responding to a journalist’s question about the Trump administration’s continued and voter-backed efforts to round up and deport illegal aliens in the United States. He cited the Bible as an authority on welcoming and helping those in need, though somehow missed the part where the issue of illegal immigration is a zero-sum game; when violent illegal aliens are allowed to remain then they are able to hurt Americans.

The Pope also glossed over, and was indeed not asked by the reporter to comment on, the strict rules around residency in Vatican City and the stringent requirements to even visit as a tourist there.

Quoting scripture, the Pope made clear he was speaking from the position of church leader and not as a politician. However, as he moralized the issue of detention and deportation it was abundantly clear he was echoing and championing the position of the Democrat Party. “In the first place, the role of the church is to preach the gospel. And just a couple of days ago, we heard Matthew’s Gospel Chapter 25 which says Jesus says very clearly, at the end of the world, we’re going to be asked, you know, how did you receive the foreigner?” the woke Catholic rhetorically asked.

“Did you receive Him and welcome him or not? And I think that there’s a deep reflection that needs to be made in terms of what’s happening. Many people who have lived for years and years and years, never causing problems, have been deeply affected by what’s going on right now, the spiritual rights of people who have been detained should also be considered,” he continued.

“And I would certainly invite the authorities to allow pastoral workers to attend to the needs of those people. Many times, they’ve been separated from their families for a good amount of time. No one knows what’s happening, but their own spiritual needs should be attended to,” he finished.

At no point in the commentary did Pope Leo suggest he would personally invite illegals into his Chicago home while he serves out his term as head of the Catholic Church nor welcome African migrants into the Vatican. He can quote scripture and demand others do that, but he himself is not beholden to such damaging rules.

Watch the woke Pope ignorantly decry protecting a nation’s sovereignty below:

Tom Homan, a practicing Catholic and one of many Christian voices found within the Trump administration, has had plenty to say about the Pope when it comes to matters of immigration. He condemned the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, who staked out the position that illegals should just be allowed to stay.

“So the message, if you cross the border illegally, which is a crime, don’t worry about it if you get ordered removed by a federal judge after due process, don’t worry about it, because there shouldn’t be mass deportations,” Homan snapped, pointing out the obvious flaw in reasoning from the USCCB.

Homan then called out the Catholic Church, which has a gigantic fortress and carefully monitors who enters its own nation-state in Vatican City, for failing to be honest about what it wants, secure borders or not secure borders. “I wish the Catholic Church can understand that we have the right to secure our borders. That gather rights to secure their facilities, the penalties entering their facilities are much worse than ours. So you know, we’re going to enforce you along.”

“I’m sorry. I’m a lifelong Catholic. I’m not only as the border czar. I’ll say it as a Catholic. I think they need to spend time fixing the Catholic Church,” he added.
