Vance Asks For Prayers For Service Members From All 50 States As They Engage In Conflict Overseas

Vice President JD Vance paused during a charged political speech in which he spent time going after Somali migrant fraud and defended his administration’s escalation in the Middle East to ask those in attendance and listening to join him in prayer to honor soldiers amidst ongoing Iranian tensions and conflict.

“You all know that right now we are engaged in a military operation to ensure, as the President has said repeatedly, that Iran can never have a nuclear weapon. That is a simple, simple principle and standard. Frankly, every president said that they believed it,” Vance said of an intense salvo that has seen Ayatollah Khomeini killed and their naval and air force infrastructure crippled.

Vance went on to explain that Trump was exercising a long-held belief about the regional power ever obtaining nuclear capabilities. “Donald J Trump has taken affirmative steps to ensure that Iran can never have a nuclear weapon now, but we also know that there are a lot of people from the state of North Carolina who are in harm’s way right now,” he continued.

The vice president then leaned on his public faith, and indeed the administration as a whole has been unapologetic about invoking Christian faith and prayer, to ensure heavenly protection during battletime engagements. “And so I want all of us, when we go home, we leave this event, I want all of us to say a prayer, not just for the North Carolinians, but for the people of all of our 50 states who put on the uniform and are willing to sacrifice for the safety and security and freedom of the United States of America,” Vance implored.

In closing, he also encouraged everyone to make sure they acknowledged the sacrifice and heroism of those in uniform. “I want every single person, I want you, to tell every single person who is serving overseas in harm’s way that this crowd in North Carolina has their back. Thank you all,” his remarks ended. Watch that speech below:

During the same remarks in North Carolina, the recently-named ‘Fraud Czar’ also spent time going after ‘shameful’ Democrat who continue to run cover for criminal aliens and fraudsters at the expense of the American taxpayer. He was particularly disturbed at the idea of programs designed to help kids with autism being scammed by Somalis with the enabling of lax, and perhaps even complicit, Democrat politicians.

“But you know what was happening for this program that was meant to help needy kids is you would have Somali fraudsters, many of them illegal immigrants, who would go and say that they had an autistic kid, even though they didn’t, they would collect that money for themselves. You had businesses that were going around and rewarding families for engaging in this fraud,” Vance explained.

“So the businesses were skimming off the top and getting rich in the process. How disgraceful is it that Democrats allowed a program that was meant to help needy American children to go to Somali illegal aliens,” he excoriated.
