The recently-elected Marxist immigrant mayor of New York City, Zohran Mamdani, sparked outrage after invoking the name of his Muslim god Allah during a political victory speech celebrating the victory of three candidates whom he endorsed and who share his communist dystopian worldview.
For context, the city of New York is home to, on the low end, of three million immigrants. As such, they comprise nearly 40% of the entire city’s population. And as they come from over 150 nations on earth, they have brought with them their failed political ideologies and wreaked havoc on the American electorate. Bringing in foreigners has helped usher in radical politics such as unprecedented support for socialism and, obviously, further increases to immigration.
As he was on stage at an primary-night rally, Mamdani singled out the 32-year-old Darializa Avila Chevalier as a beacon of hope for their corrupt communist worldview. Chevalier toppled an already-woke Adriano Espaillat, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus. Representative Dan Goldman, already a stalwart of the liberal base, was likewise ousted by a Mamdani-backed socialist candidate.
“I have stood next to Dari Alisa, and I have said our next congresswoman, and I’ve said these words in the way that many of us will say, Inshallah, in the beginning we hope, but we don’t know how close it is, and the closer and closer we get to the day, the more that we believe, and now that language of hope is a language of fact,” he ranted.

Later, as it was her turn to address the raucous communist crowd, Chevalier parroted the tiresome lie that the Trump administration has led to a rise in fascism. “To keep fighting the fights that we have been fighting at the federal level, and I know that it has not been easy, and I know that it won’t be easy, because fascism is on the rise, Trump is in office,” she bleated in her low IQ speech.

Referencing his Islamic faith has long been a custom of Zohran Mamdani. In a speech earlier in 2026, he even said that it informed him on ignoring federal immigration law and maintaining sanctuary city status. Like all leftists, he made the issue moral and declared himself on the right side. Either you’re a good person and support open borders or you’re a bad person for wanting a secure border.
“I consider my own faith Islam, a religion built upon a narrative of migration,” he said. “The story of the Hijra reminds us that Prophet Muhammad saw them, was a stranger too, who fled Mecca and was welcomed in Medina Surah Nahal 1642 tells us, as for those who immigrated in the Cause of Allah after being persecuted, we will surely bless them with a good home in this world…Or as the Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Wasallam said, Islam began as something strange, and will go back to being strange. So glad tidings to the strangers.”
