The far-left faux Christian who shockingly defeated woke Jasmine Crockett in Texas’s Democrat Senate primary made headlines yet again for his latest heresy against fundamental biblical tenets. James Talarico, the smooth-talking progressive Senate candidate facing off against Trump-endorsed Ken Paxton in a crucial November election, declared Christianity and Islam to be ‘equal’ in their pathway to find God and truth.
In a video widely circulated on social media on July 9th, the former government school teacher and state representative appallingly claimed that at their core, all of the world’s both major and minor religions were all just basically the same. And while any honest person could admit that different cultures both past and present have obviously created their own myths and explanations for how they view and understand the world, that was decidedly not what Talarico had in mind.
Self-proclaimed Christians like James Talarico, or the woke Pope for that matter, would by nature of their belief elevate their own religion to the top if they truly believed. Otherwise, why believe in something that’s not true or the best? Instead, they identify as a certain religion to make in-roads and quickly water it down to accommodate everyone else and put them on equal – often times – greater planes and usually at their religion’s own expense. And while this happens, no other religions ever strives to accommodate Christianity.
So it was Talarico yet again selling out Christianity and making it equal to every other faith, particularly after being invited to a Hindu festival. “I’m always so thrilled when I get invited, you know, to the Diwali festival. I think I’ve gone two years in a row now, and you know, also have gotten a chance to speak at some of our local mosques,” he begins in the viral clip.
“And I find such wisdom and comfort and inspiration from faith traditions all over the world, and I find that they’re all kind of an equal pathways to truth, you know. That’s how I think, you know, I always think of all of the world’s faith traditions as like a circle with, you know, that divine mystery of the universe in the middle, and we all have different names for that mystery, right?” he continued.
“Whether it’s God or Yahweh or Allah or Nirvana, the great spirit, whatever you call it, this is all you know, different pathways to the same kind of fundamental truth of reality. So, yeah, t’s something I’m, it’s how I try to stay grounded and stay rooted,” he finishes.
Watch the unsettling admission from Talarico below:
As referenced earlier, Talarico has made it a focal point of his campaign to denigrate traditional Christianity whenever possible. Somehow, past comments were somehow worse. In one such case, and as reported previously by The Christian Tribune, the woke Democrat self-identified as a “Christian who hates Christianity.”
In the same interview with a host who self-identified as a ‘transgender Latinx activist theologian,’ he added that he always thought of himself as just a “boring, cis-white man.” He later complained about his own identities in a woke struggle session. “My imagination is also just limited by my own background and identity, my whiteness, my masculinity, all those things limit my imagination about what’s possible.”
