Jamie Raskin Gets HUMILIATED by 16-Year-Old Patriot With CONSTANT Interruptions In Sharia Law Hearing

A 16-year-old patriot demonstrated both a better understanding of America’s founding history and the Founder’s vision for the new nation as well as a healthier demeanor in the face of a woke Democrat short-circuiting over a simple disagreement on the national stage in a contentious, and indeed embarrassing, exchange in Congress.

For context, student Marco Hunter-Lopez was testifying in front of elected officials during a hearing on Sharia law. The young man’s school had recently been the focus on encroaching Islamic influence after East Wylie High School in Texas hosted an event titled ‘Why Islam’ that saw the taxpayer-funded school district distribute copies of the Koran and explain in a positive light such things as Sharia law.

More than that, the student completely embarrassed the supposed adult in the room, woke Democrat Jamie Raskin. “OMG. Rep. Jamie Raskin (D) just got HUMILIATED by 16-year-old patriot Marco Hunter-Lopez, despite Raskin CONSTANTLY cutting him off during the Sharia Law hearing,” Florida Voice News’ Eric Daugherty wrote on X.

“Was the first original 13 colonies that required a declaration of faith, so I’m not acknowledging that,” the student can be seen saying in the beginning of a clip before being uncomfortably attacked by a man over three times his age.

“Well, wait a second. You’re traversing my territory now, Mr. Hunter Lopez. You brought it up. Are you aware that the Constitution of the United States does not establish a religion? It forbids its establishment of religion. Are you aware that doesn’t mention God?” he condescendingly asked of the kid.

“So the Declaration of Independence mentions God four times, but what I was going to see,” he began to respond before being incredibly interrupted again by the pathetic Democrat. Neither side could get a word in until Raskin reclaimed his time and went on a long, ahistoric rant.

“You know, that Thomas Jefferson was denounced as an infidel who wrote the Declaration of Independence because he didn’t believe in the establishment of religion, and he and Madison were emphatic about separating church and state. That’s the whole glory of our constitutional design in our history, that they rebelled against centuries of religious warfare between the Catholics and the Protestants and witchcraft trials, Inquisition, Holy Crusades, America proclaimed the separation of church and state,” he longwindingly stated.

After even more useless rambling and interrupting from the Congressman, the Texas kid eventually said all he wanted was for citizens, and particularly elected officials, to recognize their American heritage, something they ostensibly cannot do if they self-identify as something else. “I’m saying you members of Congress need to acknowledge American heritage,” he emphatically declared.

Despite that being such a common sense statement, Raskin again too umbrage at the notion of being an American while living in America and serving the American people. “You can be whatever heritage you want, but you can’t impose an establishment of religion on other people…Everybody can acknowledge their own heritage. Do you agree with that? Oh, you don’t think that you’re allowed to acknowledge your Christian heritage, or your Jewish heritage, or your Muslim heritage?
