Patriot music legend Kid Rock wowed audiences across the world with his Bible-based anthem designed to counter the beyond-woke trash presented by the NFL at Super Bowl XL’s halftime show. Kid Rock headlined an alternative halftime performance spearheaded by the late Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point USA, which announced the musical ensemble performance once it was known Puerto Rican hip-hop artist Bad Bunny would desecrate the American sports spectacle.
Sharply contrasting the two halftime events, Kid Rock received huge praise for not only his beautiful, meaningful lyrics but also just the sound of his hit song. It reminded audiences of what music can achieve. By comparison, hardly anyone understood a single thing uttered by Bad Bunny on account of an entirely Spanish-language performance.
Making matters worse, Bad Bunny’s show featured suggestive dancing that was far too inappriporiate for young viewers and ended with an anti-American flag waving with Puerto Rico’s banner before parading every nation in the Western Hemisphere’s flags as well. The Super Bowl represents the pinnacle of American sport, and the NFL made sure native fans felt uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Writing on X, at least, one user noted how incredible Kid Rock’s performance was. “Crowd roars as Kid Rock pays tribute to the Bible and Jesus at the All-American Halftime Show,” wrote Vigilant Fox. “Beautiful lyrics. You would never, ever hear anything like this sung at the Super Bowl.”
The lyrics being referenced explicitly called out to Jesus Christ. “There’s a man who died for all our sins hanging from the cross. You can give your life to Jesus and he’ll give you a second chance till you can’t,” Kid Rock sang.
He continued: “Take care. If you got a chance, take it. Take it, why you got a chance. If you got a dream, chase it, cause a dream won’t chase you back. If you’re gonna love somebody, hold up as long and as strong and as close as you can. Take care.”
Even the President of the United States, Donald Trump, slammed the NFL’s awful decision to feature a Spanish-speaking foreigner. “The Super Bowl Halftime Show is absolutely terrible, one of the worst, EVER! It makes no sense, is an affront to the Greatness of America, and doesn’t represent our standards of Success, Creativity, or Excellence,” he posted in a lengthy rant on Truth Social.
“Nobody understands a word this guy is saying, and the dancing is disgusting, especially for young children that are watching from throughout the U.S.A., and all over the World. This “Show” is just a “slap in the face” to our Country, which is setting new standards and records every single day — including the Best Stock Market and 401(k)s in History!” he said transitioning to his administration’s accomplishments.
“There is nothing inspirational about this mess of a Halftime Show and watch, it will get great reviews from the Fake News Media, because they haven’t got a clue of what is going on in the REAL WORLD — And, by the way, the NFL should immediately replace its ridiculous new Kickoff Rule. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”
