Popular Educational Content Creator Ms. Rachel Kicked Off Pride Month Saying She’d Rather ‘Stand In Love’ With LGBT Community Than Focus on Educating Children Of Conservatives

The popular YouTube and TikTok star Rachel Anne Accurso, better known by her social media personality Ms. Rachel, faced calls for boycott after her acknowledgement and celebration of Pride Month. Most recently, she has been on a pro-Gaza campaign fundraising hundreds of thousands of dollars for the Hamas-led strip of land, but in years prior her social activism promoting the LGBT community – at one time even letting a co-host use they/them pronouns for her young audience – created a huge blowback.

For context, Ms. Rachel created her millions-strong social media presence in 2019 after her own son had speech development issues. Citing a lack of resources for toddlers, she launched her program. Aided in large part by the 2020 pandemic, parents and schools alike turned to her online lessons and she quickly ballooned into one of the most recognizable education figures in the world of social media.

Despite being 43 years old, unfamiliar viewers might assume she was no older than 25 given her speech, mannerisms, and presumed use of camera filters. By 2023, her creative choices and activism had already caused a kerfuffle. She even took a break from posting, citing mental health reasons, after major backlash followed her decision to share the space with a person self-identifying as they/them.

Upon return, it was in 2024 to kick off the last Pride Month spectacle under the corrupt Biden administration that she released a video proclaiming her love and support of everyone participating in Pride Month.

“Ms. Rachel is an extremely popular YouTuber who makes content for babies and toddlers. She just posted a video celebrating Pride Month. This is a message to conservative parents. She doesn’t want your business. You should respond accordingly,” conservative star Matt Walsh wrote on X with the 2024 video.

Amazingly, Walsh wasn’t off even a tiny bit. In her own words, Ms. Rachel showed her fake smile and said she couldn’t care less if conservative parents finally cut the chord on her horrific programming, saying she would rather ‘stand strong in love’ than simply promote education to a broader audience.

“Happy pride to all of our wonderful families and friends. This month and every month, I celebrate you. I’m so glad you’re here. I’m so glad you’re exactly who you are. To those who are going to comment they can’t watch the show anymore because of the support. No worries, and much love your way. God bless. I am not chasing fame or views. I’m standing strong in love,” Ms Rachel can be seen saying in the video.

Reacting under Walsh’s original post, users quickly joined his call for parents to carefully monitor all online content. “You must be vigilant with what your kids are watching. My 10 year old triplets are not allowed to use iPads for watching garbage and YouTube is banned. And they can care less. Influence your kids before others brainwash them,” one person wrote.

“This women creeps me out and so do all the weirdos she has on her shows. I tell my wife to turn her off anytime I see her try and put her on,” said another.

“Rachel has made her decision to get political & celebrate the sexuality of children. She says she’s “standing strong in love.” However, she’s deciding to stand strong in love FOR HER JOB. Now it’s on us as parents to stand strong in love for our children,” wrote a third.
