Senate Democrat Candidate’s Megachurch Exposed For Pushing LGBT Activist Content In Kids Ministry

A megachurch founder now running for the U.S. Senate as the Democrat nominee in the state of Kansas has found himself embroiled in yet another controversy related to the activities of his woke church. Adam Hamilton, who has built the nation’s largest United Methodist Church as measured by weekly membership attendance, has now been exposed for his connection to the church after it was revealed ‘gender-neutral terms’ were being instructed so as to avoid using gender-specific language with groups of people.

An account linked to a whiteboard brainstorm session of alternative words to use rather than typical and innocuous titles like ‘boys,’ ‘girls, ‘ladies,’ or ‘gentlemen,’ the list included perhaps dozens of bizarre callings such as: “peep-a-doodles,” “homo sapiens,” “niblings,” “kiddos,” “kitties,” “comrades,” and “folks.” The explicit purpose was to make sure all kids felt welcome.

An image was shared with Breitbart that featured these and other ideas, along with an attribution for inspiration. The attribution belongs to the social media handle @themilajam, a reference to an account that, not surprisingly, belongs to a person named Jahmila and who identifies as an ‘American transgender singer, songwriter, dancer, actress, and LGBTQ activist.’ Despite working on behalf of a church, there was no mention of Christian beliefs among the litany of other identifiers.

Of course, the church belonging to Adam Hamilton should not be expected to steer clear of woke messaging. As mentioned, this is not the first major controversy to land at the Democrat Senate hopeful’s feet. In unearthed video footage of a past sermon, the candidate himself admitted to his congregation that he did not see the unique importance of Christ or his sacrifice for mankind.

“I’ve spent a lot of my life studying different world religions, and you find some get you a little closer. The image begins to become clear, like this picture on the screen, and then you study another one, you find it gets even clearer. You you suddenly see that that the image becomes even more in focus, and so for me, as I’ve studied different world religions, I sit in the chair and I’m I’m looking through these different lenses, and when I finally got to that last one, when I finally got to Jesus and Christianity, it was like I I could see clearly the clearest that I had seen,” he can be seen saying in a video.

“And so, when I began to look through the lens of Jesus, my eyesight, spiritual eyesight, I felt became the most clear it could be, like you see in this image here. Now, the truth is that a Muslim would say through Islam they see the most clearly, and a Hindu through Hinduism, and a Jew through Judaism, and so so I recognize we all are you know we all have a different lens that we’re seeing through, and sometimes we think you know depending how we were raised and how we think one lens is you know clearly a better lens for me,” he goes on.

“And when it comes to other faiths, I believe as a Christian that they are going to when they get to heaven they’re going to see Jesus and they’re going to say Ah, it was you all the all along that I was searching for, but I don’t fear that those folks will spend eternity in hell,” he finishes.
