During an interview hosted by Elon Musk on his social media platform, X, former President Donald Trump recounted the failed assassination attempt at his Butler, Pennsylvania rally last month that nearly claimed his life. In the wide-ranging discussion, Trump stated that the near-death experience drove him to become even “more of a believer in God.”
Describing the harrowing incident, Trump said, “I knew immediately that it was a bullet. I knew immediately that it was at the year. And because it, you know, it hit very hard, but hit the year. And I also heard people shout, bullets, bullets, you know, get down. Get down. Because I, you know, I moved down pretty nicely, pretty quickly, and we had bullets flying right over my head after I went down.”
“So I’m glad I went down. The bigger miracle was that I was looking in the exact direction of the shooter, and so it hit, it hit me at an angle that was far less destructive than any other angle. So that was the miracle that was for those,” the former president added, illustrating just how close the bullet was to striking him in the skull.
“For those people who don’t believe in God, I think we got to all start thinking about that, you have to. You know, I’m a believer. Now, I’m more of a believer, I think, and a lot of people have said that to be a of great people have said that to me, actually,” Trump said, explaining how his faith has grown deeper after the experience.
The Christian Tribune recently reported on a shocking prophecy allegedly given months before the assassination attempt against Trump. Reportedly, a Christian man from Oklahoma, Steve Cioccolanti, predicted in March that Trump would be shot in the ear, painting an eerily similar picture to what occurred last month.
“And then I saw an attempt on his life that this bullet flew by his ear and it came so close to his head that it busted his drum eardrum. I and I saw he was he fell to his knees during this time frame, and he started worshiping the Lord. He got radically born again during this time frame. I’m talking people say he’s saved now, but he becomes really on fire for Jesus, for what I saw coming,” Biggs claimed.
He also outlined what would happen in America in the near future. “The Lord told me, he said, I am not done with America. He said, there’s going to be a new wave of patriotism coming out. And that’s whenever I saw Trump, and I saw that, I saw a red wave coming out of Michigan, and then I saw Oklahoma, and there was embers of people. They had torches all throughout Oklahoma, and they were raising up, these torches that looked like fire, and they were bringing forth a new patriotism upon the nation. And it was coming, it was being birthed, and it just kept spreading like fire all throughout America, all throughout and I saw Trump rising up,” he explained.
