Representative Brandon Gill (R-TX) put a decisive nail in the coffin in the debate about rising costs of living and depression of Americans’ general standard of living with a complete rebuke of mass migration. Gill’s comments came on Will Cain’s Fox News program.
Rep. Gill made the argument that mass migration, much of it illegal, ‘touches every single part of American life’ before diving into specifics. He claimed it affected the job market, the housing market, the healthcare marked, and down to the safety of driving on roads.
“Mass migration touches every part of American life,” Gill wrote on X while sharing a short clip of his in-studio appearance with the aforementioned Cain. “It suppresses wages. It drives up rents. It overwhelms hospitals. It strains our social institutions. It makes our roads less safe.”
In the clip, Gill made his strong case. “Mass migration-that is the one thing that touches every single part of American life. If you ask yourself, you know, why is why are wages being suppressed? Why are rents very high? Why, whenever I go to the doctor’s office or to the hospital, do I have to wait for three hours? All of that is driven by mass migration. Ask yourself: Why are we seeing a decline in the economic viability of America’s social institutions? Why are our roads less safe? All of that is driven by mass migration,” he said.
The freshman Congressman has been one of the few Republican voices consistently messaging well about America’s problems vis-a-vis the mass importation of foreigners. In one legendary exchange, he repeatedly asked a woke Democrat about the supposed benefits of bringing in millions of Somali migrants, which she evaded until breaking down in tears at the supposed racism of the whole exchange.
“Has Somali immigration been good for Ohio?” he asked her. After she avoided a direct answer, Gill asked another blunt question, asking if she would “like to see more immigration from Somalia?”
Incredibly, the theatrical witness pretended that even having to consider the question brought her to tears, as if asking what the ethnic and religious makeup of America has been and should remain was out of bounds. “I’m processing your question, and I’m, I have to say that I was almost brought to tears just now,” she exclaimed.
“The rate and the level of hateful rhetoric based on false information is shocking. It is shocking to me the lack of humanity to group a group of people together. I am shocked and appalled. Because in every community there are good people and bad people. But to try to say that every single member of a group is somehow a criminal is shocking to me. I am shocked and appalled,” she hollered in complete faked outrage.
“72% of Somali immigrants are on welfare…You’re defrauding your state at an astounding rate. And I think most Ohioans would have a problem with that…I thin it’s inhumane to allow your own state to be defrauded at astounding rate going millions of dollars taken out of the pockets of working class people going to criminal fraudsters. I certainly have a major problem with that and I think most Americans would agree,” Gill concluded
